1. About these terms
These terms apply to all tour packages and travel services arranged by My Yatra, Pune. By confirming a booking with us you agree to them.
2. Prices and quotes
- Prices on this website are per person on twin-sharing, in Indian Rupees, and are indicative starting prices.
- Your final price is confirmed in writing (usually on WhatsApp) and depends on dates, hotel availability, group size and season.
- Prices may change due to supplier rate changes, fuel costs or government taxes until the booking is confirmed and paid.
3. Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance amount mentioned in your quote.
- The balance must be paid by the date shared with your confirmation, before the start of travel.
- Unpaid bookings may be released without notice.
4. Itineraries and changes
We do our best to follow the itinerary as planned. Weather, road conditions, local regulations, strikes or other events outside our control may require changes. When this happens we will offer the closest possible alternative.
5. Traveller responsibilities
- Carry valid government photo ID for every traveller, and any permits required for the region.
- Share accurate traveller details and inform us of health conditions that may affect the trip.
- Follow the rules of hotels, transport providers, temples and protected areas.
6. Liability
We act as a planner and coordinator between you and independent suppliers such as hotels and transport operators. We are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by those suppliers or by events beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
7. Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
