My Yatra ("we", "us") is a travel planning business based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use https://myyatra.co.in or contact us, and how we use it.

- Information you share with us on WhatsApp, phone or email, such as your name, phone number, travel dates, number of travellers and preferences.
- Booking details needed to reserve hotels, transport and activities, such as traveller names and ID details where a hotel or authority requires them.
- Basic technical data collected by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, used for security and performance.
This website has no user accounts and no contact forms that store data on our servers. Enquiry buttons open WhatsApp with a pre-filled message that you choose to send.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes and itineraries.
- To make and manage bookings with hotels, drivers and other suppliers.
- To contact you about your trip before, during and after travel.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We never sell your personal information.
Sharing with suppliers
To deliver your trip we share only the necessary details with the hotels, transport providers and local partners involved in your booking.
Data retention
We keep booking records for as long as required by law and for a reasonable period afterwards to support future trips and resolve any queries.
