How to cancel
Send your cancellation request in writing on WhatsApp (+91 93596 73459) or by email to yatrasocialmedia.pune@gmail.com. The date we receive your message is used to calculate charges.
Cancellation charges
- 30 days or more before travel: 10% of the package cost.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 25% of the package cost.
- 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% of the package cost.
- Less than 7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of the package cost.
Flight, train, houseboat, festival-period and peak-season bookings may follow stricter supplier rules, which we share with your quote.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Bank or payment gateway charges, if any, are deducted from the refund.
- No refund is due for unused services once the trip has started, such as skipped sightseeing or meals.
Changes by us
If we have to cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid or a credit for a future trip, as you prefer.
Date changes
We are happy to help move your trip to new dates, subject to availability. Any difference in price or supplier charges will apply.
